It’s a wonderful start-up style environment, for those who enjoy high energy, projects, initiatives. Lots of opportunities to learn and work on interesting assignments, while keeping a balance with the private life. Good benefits offering.

You can be heard; the managers really listen to your feedback. People oriented. People are treating each other fairly regardless the seniority.

Good work-life balance. Incentives to be innovative and take on large tasks. Multicultural environment. Good workspace and equipment.

Hybrid working model is preferable to a traditional workweek but minimizes workplace culture. I don't know most of my colleagues and have not met many of them in person. This makes for a somewhat lonely environment, and can make it difficult to find someone when you need to.

The people! Due to the fact we are now setting up new teams (in some of the areas, like IT), we all get to be "new" at the same time, and the collaboration between the teams is beautiful. We are also building new processes and ways of working, so it's quite exciting to be able to contribute and have a say in our future.

Very nice company culture - fast and collaborative. Great supportive colleagues to work with.
