Vetsi penezninohodnoceni za rok do benefitniho programu benefit plus 6000 za rok mi pro tak velkou firmu prijde malo kdy srovnatelne korporaty davaji na benefity 30tisic i vice Samozrejme asi jako vsude kdyby pridali vice penez proti inflaci, pridani 900 za rok je nic

+ Výplata chodí včas. + Když to jde přidá se pár korun. + Každý rok pár tisíc na benefit kartu + Kvalitní závodní jídelna. + pokud jste minimálně vedoucí směny máte stabilní zaměstnání.

- korporát - příliš birokracie - kvůli tlaku JP managmentu často dochází ke stresu, napětí a nervozitě. - naslouchání hlasu lidí jen tak na oko. - některá pravidla se dodržují až příliš, jiná vůbec (dvojí metr)

Všímám si jistých rozdílů mezi přímými a nepřímými zaměstnanci, hlavně co se docházkové bonusu týče. Přímý zaměstnanec nemůže mít neschopenku, OČR nebo mít více razítek od lékaře, automaticky přichází o bonus. A takovýchto příkladů je více.
