Benefity jsou dobré a výborná kantýna. Některé věci se tam dělají nesmyslně a zbytečně se na ně spěchá a jak se říká, spěchej pomalu a v klidu, protože pří spěchání, udělá člověk nejvíc chyb a také možnosti zranění. Na hale je velký hluk a kouř -modernizace vzduchotechnik.
Budují se kuřárny, ale pro lidi, kteří chtějí zdravě žít by se mohlo zbudovat nějaké relaxační centrum, případně fit centrum.

dovolená navíc, celozavodni dovolená, výplata pravidelně na účtě, benefity,
pracovni doba do půl třetí, špatně rozložené přestávky, chtělo by to posunout z 11 hod aspoň na 11:30. Jídlo nic moc, neumí vařit, chtělo by to změnit. a taky jejich chování z ulice.... katastrofa.

Kolektiv. Různorodý typ prací s možností seberealizace a nabrání tak zkušeností.
Po jistých změnách ve vedení a dosazení nekompetentních osob na tyto funkce amatérský a neprofesionální přístup. Vystačíte si s minimem vzdělání (základní). Zahraniční pracovníci. Dvojí metr nastavených pravidel.

Zaměstnavatel mi dal příležitost rozvíjet moji angličtinu. Naučila jsem se komunikaci s lidmi a trpělivosti.
Někteří nadřízení si neplní své povinnosti neřeší problémy nebo je odkládají na poslední chvíli.

Stabita a různé benefity. I přes krizy,která je na trhu, můžu říct, že se snaží firma o to, aby,to pracovníci nepocítili.
