Mám skvělou šéfovou, dobrý kolektiv
Někteří manažeři neumí pochválit za dobrou práci. Přijde mi, že do výroby zavítají jen proto, aby hledali nějakou chybu a mohli nás tak za něco "zdrbat".

Benefit karta, možnost přestupu z výroby na QC, kde se můžu rozvíjet a učit
Myslím si, že vázne komunikace, vzhledem k velkému omezení výroby v poslední době by bylo fajn oznámit zaměstnancům, co firma plánuje do budoucna, pocit nejistoty je nepříjemný.

Rozumný přístup nadřízených. Dobrá spolupráce s kolegy, zajímavé benefity.
I když jsou stanovena pravidla ve firmě tak ne všichni je musí dodržovat. Někde se tlačí hodně na pilu, ale jinde je to všem jedno. Managment tuto situaci bohužel neřeší nebo dělá mrtvého brouka.
