Co velice oceňuji je, že když potřebuji volno tak se vždy domluvím, tedy aspoň na oddělení kvality....
Nejsem spokojen s některými arogantními lidi jak v mém kolektivu/oddělení tak i napříč jinými odděleními. Někteří si myslí, že můžou vše.....

Utrácení firmy za blbosti. Team building, Olimpiada pak nejsou peníze na důležité věci. Oddělení Monokyou absolutně zbytečně.

Jobs for people with no work experience
Dobrý den,je to hlavně proto, protože firma Daikin je moje první místo kam jsem docházela do fabriky,na pozici operátora výroby,takže je to má první zkušenost v tomto oboru.A během pár dnů mně to šlo po zaučení pěkně od ruky.Prace nebyla nijak na pochopení složitá.

+ mnoho benefitů + stabilní zaměstnavatel, výplata pokaždé včas + příspěvek na dopravu + dobré pracovní podmínky

Po rodičovské dovolené mi vyšli vstříc s pracovní dobou. Výplata je vždy včas.

V téhle firmě jsem nadobudl opravdový pocit spolupatričnosti a podílení se na zlepšování kvality. Cítim se součástí jedne velké rodiny, které jméno jsem vždy hrdý hájit.

Spokojenost s kolegy v praci
Prestup na jinou pozici i kdyz nekolikrat byla o to zadost. A pokud je malo prace tak vas vyhodi ihned po zkusebni dobe.

Výborné stravovanie a výplaty boli vždy vyplatené včas a správne, slušné benefity a rôznorodá práca
