Pružná pracovní doba. Povinná doba je 8-13 Po-Pá.
Platové ohodnocení v IT odděleních by mohlo být lepší.

S dámami, které rozuměli své práci a věděli, co je v jejich kompetenci a ještě je to bavilo! Díky tomu, že si zaměstnavatel těchto šikovných dam nevážil, již všechny odešly.
Zaměstnavatel je demotivační. Nevadí mu velká fluktuace. Od toho se odvíjí kultura společnosti. Je velmi nízká.

Pracuji s lidmi a pro lidi, kteří jsou ve větší míře potřební, tudíž nepřicházejí sami od sebe, ale přicházejí s konkrétními a osobními potížemi či problémy.
Jak už jsem uvedl odpověď v dřívější otázce....mohla by být lépe ohodnocena pracovní pozice ostrahy na ÚP, ale je to nejspíše nedosažitelná změna neboť se napakuje agentura, která zaměstnává své ovečky....

Pružná pracovní doba, 5 týdnů dovolené, sickdays. Neplacené přesčasy, velké pracovní vytížení, byrokracie.

Flexible working hours
Pondělí a středa od 8-17 ostatní dny je povinné chodit od 8-13h pak se musí hodiny doladit aby seděli na konci mesice.
