I spend more time at work than I would have imagined, but this is due to the fact that everything is new, we are dealing with multiple tasks at once and the day is only 24 hours long - so it's not entirely a negative on the FTMO side; sometimes it is a bit difficult to monitor all communication channels at once

The company’s vision feels genuinely inspiring, and communication from the C-level is refreshingly open. It’s a place where everyone’s opinion is welcomed and taken seriously. Most colleagues are truly passionate about what they do, which creates a motivating atmosphere.

The company’s rapid growth is occasionally reflected in cross-team communication, but that’s a natural part of the scaling process.

At first, it was a lot of information all at once, and it might be a bit overwhelming if you are not used to it and don't understand the subject, but then it becomes easier and easier, and you can enjoy the work without any problem.

I’m very satisfied with FTMO s.r.o. First, it’s a great opportunity for growth in the trading industry. Second, I've learned many valuable skills regarding support, trading, tools, charts, positions, assets, and sharing information and knowledge with colleagues and the FTMO team. I truly appreciate the friendships I've built with all my colleagues. At the same time, I’m able to trade with the company and enjoy a discounted price for the FTMO Challenge. This is one of the most advantageous aspects of my personal experience. I've learned much about this industry, the meetings, all departments, and handling different cases. It’s been a grateful and rewarding experience, and I hope to continue in the long term. Thanks, FTMO and the Whole Team.

At the moment, I don’t have any complaints. I’m a friendly and easygoing person, and it’s an advantage to work from home and participate in the Daily Prep Call to discuss daily topics. I really feel comfortable.
