I’m happy to work with passionate people in this field, and also to have the opportunity to grow, meet new people, and learn new things.
Having joined the support team only recently (3 months ago), I don’t really have anything to complain about. If any issues were to arise, FTMO has great managers and colleagues who are always willing to help and listen.

It is a great environment; people are truly nice, and we help each other. I know that if I have any issue, the team is there to support me.
The feedback (QC) is being delayed, so I do not have the chance to improve. Increased feedback leads to further progress. Add more spaces for new ideas.

I like the work format; I feel motivated to constantly improve. I appreciate the constant yet constructive analysis that allows for mistakes to be corrected. And above all, the support from the TL, their willingness to help, is incredible.
Well, no. I think it's a good thing to constantly look to improve things, but right now I can't tell you anything specific, since I've been truly surprised (in a good way) since I joined. When I walked into FTMO and saw what it was like inside, it had a truly positive impact.

I appreciate that this company fosters a startup culture. Moreover, I also love the collaborative environment.

I loved the training, the best I had so far, and my coworkers and supervisors. Everyone here is very helpful and so nice, it's like a dream how well everybody is willing to help and motivate you to do better. :)
Just that the first month is hard for international people like me with the schedule.

Great team spirit. Management that listens to your inputs. Overall perfect place to work.
Some might struggle with open-office concept and mandatory time in the office few times per week. ... On the other hand, this is a great way to enjoy the positive team spirit directly in the office.
