The ecosystem The people and their work attitude
Not really. Being a solid start up, becoming a corporation in the making, there are a lot of things to be done, so I understand fully how stressfully some things can be at times

I’m most satisfied with the positive atmosphere at FTMO s.r.o., which makes it a great place to work. The team is supportive, collaborative, and always ready to help, creating a truly motivating environment.

meeting new talented people and learn from them, that's what I yearn for, and I think I found that at FTMO
handling multiple languages chat at the same time, French, Arabic and English, especially at the beginning, but I'm getting used to it.

I’m truly doing what I love and feel passionate about. I’m incredibly pleased to be part of FTMO, especially after hearing so many positive things—which turned out to be absolutely true. There hasn’t been a single disappointment. It genuinely feels like I’ve found my professional home. I really appreciate the positive atmosphere, the strong team spirit, and the fact that my work is actually meaningful. The communication within the team is smooth and supportive, and I feel like my ideas are heard and valued. I’ve learned a lot about working in a fast-paced international environment, and I’ve developed both professionally and personally since joining FTMO.
I’ve been thinking about it, but honestly, I can’t find anything I’m not satisfied with. Everything has been working really well so far.

I'm really happy to be here; it's a friendly and professional environment. I'm learning a lot about time management and working toward goals. And also, problem-solving. The biggest benefit, for me, is the home office, and the fact that I love the trading world.
