I appreciate open culture, no question is wrong, no opinion is wrong, everyone greets everyone, even top management.
Facility issues with the Quadrio office from time to time. Cards not working, toilet lights not working, noisy air-conditioning, too much shiny LED panels, heat in meeting rooms...

The friendly environment, people, and great-looking offices with an equipped kitchen. In general, a pleasant place to work, and the workload itself is interesting to me

The ecosystem The people and their work attitude
Not really. Being a solid start up, becoming a corporation in the making, there are a lot of things to be done, so I understand fully how stressfully some things can be at times
