I am most satisfied with the support provided, the clear and effective communication, and the easy access to information.

The culture in FTMO is amazing, and I always look forward to going to the offfice to see my coleagues. Which makes working so much fun. Not only that but FTMO is place to learn new thing and grow, management supports talents and it shows!

Everything, I love FTMO. Since day one, everyone has made you feel welcome.
My salary has fallen significantly with the dollar price; maybe there should be a way to protect it or change the salary to crypto or to EUR.

I am most satisfied with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Over the past few months, I have gained valuable knowledge and developed effective collaboration skills across teams. I also appreciate the supportive and inclusive culture at FTMO, as well as the interesting benefits.
On the other hand, one area where I feel there could be improvement is in receiving more recognition and appreciation for the work we do. While I understand that priorities are often fast-moving, acknowledging contributions more regularly could further motivate the team and reinforce the positive impact of our efforts.
