I like the teamwork. The environment is nice, and there is always someone willing to help.
I don’t like that the break is only 30 minutes. It’s not enough time to have lunch, and the break is unpaid

I really appreciate the professionalism of FTMO as a whole. It is the never-ending learning environment, which I like most. The fact that all the Departments work in symbiosis and each one of them matters for the success of the company is highly motivating!
I have just a couple of things I would like to improve. One thing I would like is a dedicated space for learning. All the information available in one spot. The other thing I would like to mention is the salary. I expected it to be higher.

I am most satisfied with the strong work ethic and the collaborative team spirit at FTMO. Colleagues truly support each other, and we are all motivated to deliver the best results for the company. I also appreciate the great employee benefits, such as the Multisport card, snacks, and team-building activities, which further strengthen our company culture. In addition, the constructive cooperation and valuable feedback I receive on my work help me continuously improve and grow in my role.
I do not have any examples of that.

I appreciate my friends that I made there in the FTMO:) I like how I can cooperate with my colleagues and I also learned a lot of new things :)
I feel like some of my colleagues dont respect me that much, but I guess that its about our communication :)
