Best i have ever worked. and you can offset your busy days with weekend or different shift, which I appreciate a lot. the work can be overwhelming sometimes and so much to catch up with if you are new but the team is super understanding
no paid leaves for contractors :D understandable but would be nice to have

FTMO gave excellent preparation for the job and the expected workload. Their professionalism, open door policy and general treatment is above exceptional and have an excellent framework for their employees, treating us all very fairly.
While work conditions and pay are very satisfactory, clarity on bonuses and overtime would be much appreciated.

FTMO provides an exceptionally friendly and supportive work environment. Anyone on the team is ready to offer help with a kind and supportive attitude. This positive atmosphere drives us to continuously improve ourselves and our work quality. Also, the company’s scheduling is flexible and the overall atmosphere is fantastic with excellent communication throughout the team.

Everyone is polite and helpful, the people who know the most help you to learn and create a great environment where you can ask freely and learn a lot about trading, the industry, the company, and how to be better at your job.
We have opportunities to improve, but every time a good idea comes to the table, everyone listens to you and considers your idea.

Everything is very well structured so providing good support to clients is fairly easy, being able to work remotely is a huge benefit
The only thing that could improve the work-life balance would be having more consistency in the way shifts are assigned, instead of having different weekend shifts/free weekdays each month

I'm really satisfied with the work environment. Even though it is a remote position, you can feel the identity of the company in every interaction. Making sure that you are in a stable role and allowing me to organize my personal and professional life.
I would just like to suggest a more interactive platform for the training period for us to understand a little bit better our duties as customer service representatives.

I appreciate my coworkers who are always pleased to help me and my supervisors for being so available to help and respond to our questions. I also appreciate that they are accommodating and always take into account our bids before planning the working schedule.
He should have all the important/ main procedures written in one document, to centralize all the information we need/ have to know

I appreciate the work-life balance. I like the feedback and if there is something not clear, the team will help me until i get it right.

I am very satisfied with how the company keeps growing while taking all the team on board, no one is left behind. Every concern is kindly solved by colleagues and TL, this makes me feel part of something greater and willing to do more for the company, while constantly learning as well.

Currently working at FTMO, I have received excellent support. The company provides favorable working conditions and shows respect at all levels, from colleagues to management. Even as a remote employee from Asia, I never imagined such care and consideration.
I don't have any, and I think there will be no such thing in the future because FTMO was too good and professional.
