zajímavé benefity, 6 týdnů dovolené, vstřícnost management vs personal, platové podmínky

Vylepšit systém zákaznických reklamací. Dlouhodobě velmi špatná úroveň bezpečnostní agentury - za současných finančních podmínek nemožnost obsadit kvalitními zaměstnanci. Nekvalitní zaměstnanci bezpečnostní agentury = velké ztráty / krádeže zejména na Drive in.

Férové jednání se zaměstnanci, dobré vztahy s kolegy, různorodá pracovní náplň, možnost setkávání se zákazníky

méně volného času, některé procesy nelze jednoduše změnit.
