Cením si jasné vize, týmového ducha, ale i schopnosti zachovat si při své velikosti znaky a charakter rodinné firmy. Cením si velké míry otevřenosti, také chuti investovat do svých zaměstnanců čas a finanční prostředky.

Hodila by se efektivnější výchova potenciálních budoucích zaměstnanců a investice tímto směrem.

Možnost postupu, neustálé výzvy, možnost seberealizace, mít odpovědnost. Spolupráce a propojení s ostatními regiony. Cestování.

Procesy a postupy jsou přímo úměrné velikosti firmy. Velmi složité a náročné začátky. Nutno investovat mnoho energie a mít dostatečnou motivaci.

Poslední rok jsem byl velmi zklamaný z chování nadřízeného, proto mě nic kladného nenapadá.

Už tam nepracuji, tak je mi to jedno.

Lidský přístup k personálu. Dostatečně dlouhé přestávky. 6 týdnů dovolené. Nadstandardní hodnota stravenek. Jasně definované úkoly.

domluva platí opravdu férový přístup zajímavé benefity (široká škála)

Vedení by se mělo zamyslet nad kvalitou odváděné práce některých zaměstnanců
