Oceňuji velice slušné chování zaměstnavatele k zaměstnancům, a respektování jejich potřeb. Dále benefity ve formě různých prémií.

Určitě vidím potenciál v komunikaci uvnitř firmy.

Při nástupu do společnosti Hornbach jsem neměl žádná očekávání ani představu o spolupráci s kolegy. Zaměstnavatel se o zaměstnance stará perfektně. Pokud chceš posun v životě a dělat pod spolehlivým zaměstnavatelem a mít k tomu super kolegy? Tak jsi na správném místě. Práce se stala mým koníčkem a doufám, že tu Hornbach budu mnoho let.

Aktuálně nemám žádné negativní zkušenosti. Mohu jen doporučit.

Férovost zaměstnavatele 6 týdnů dovolené možnost vzít si home office

Trochu vázne předávání pracovních informací. Ale nakonec doputují :-)
