Jeho přístup k inovacím a změnám. Změny které dělá jsou především ve vztahu ke klientovi a bez vztahu s klientem to můžeme zavřít.

Někdy musíme jít s cenou za službu/produkt pod cenu reálné hodnoty, to kvůli marketingovým iluzím konkurence.
