Každý zaměstnanec má možnost prosadit si svůj nápad nebo vylepšení. Nikdo se za nikoho nemůže schovat.
Hodně kolegů pracuje na jiných pobočkách než na centrále. Úplně v pohodě spolu komunikujeme před Meet, ale stálo by za to mít více offline setkání. Snad covid brzy pomine a zase to půjde.

Tato pozice mne naučila být ve své profesi více techničtější.
Nebudu prozatím komentovat. Ale jednu věc bych rád zmínil, co se týká benefitů, tak opravdu jsou s prominutím směšné.

Vedení společnosti dělá kroky kterým naprosto nikdo kolikrát nerozumí.Pokud někdo projeví jakoukoliv kritiku dostane výpověď.
