Volnost a prostor v tom se realizovat je tu spíš úkol než možnost. Často řešíte situace, na které Vás nikdo nepřipravil. Dokonce ani neupozornil, že mohou nastat. Ale o to větší je všestranná radost, když se podaří je vyřešit s dobrým výsledkem.

Oceňuji otevřenost vedení společnosti, kdy se člověk má možnost podílet na chodu firmy jako celku. Nikdo se nebrání debatě a konstruktivním připomínkám. Pracuje se zde s názory a pohledem zaměstnanců a proto se zde člověk dostane i k problematice jiných oddělení a tím má možnost rozvoje.

Všichni si tykáme . Ano i s managementem. Pracovní doba na většině pozic je velmi pružná.
