Firma má vizi a skvělý tým lidí na svých místech. Z pohledu člověka, který prošel i velkými firmami, zvládají často nemožné na počkání a zázraky do tří dnů.
Každá nespokojenost znamená prostor pro zlepšení a samozřejmě je, co řešit.

Zaměstnání v této firmě je brutálně stresující. Vzhledem k tomu jak je nízký plat, nové zaměstnance odchází a nedokážou se nabrat lidi. Budget pro oddělení zákaznické linky je absolutně nulový. Sehnat funkční zařízení je opravdu těžké.

Velmi nás mrzí, že zažíváte v práci stres a máte pocit nedocenění. Zajímá nás, co Vás stresuje a jaká je Vaše mzdová představa, kontaktujte, prosím, naše HR oddělení nebo svého manažera. Nabírat nové zaměstnance se nám daří, pozice obsazujeme nejpozději do 2 měsíců od vydání inzerátu a máme v porovnání s ostatními firmami velmi nízkou fluktuaci ve zkušební době.
