I když je Würth korporátní firma,oceňuji osobní přístup ke každému. Spolupráci v rámci obchodu napříč celou společností a podporu obchodu. Skvěle funguje motivační finanční ohodnocení ,benefity jako auto,slevu na sortiment , technické vybavení.

Člověk si zde do určité míry plánuje vše podle sebe.

Řešíte se zákazníky pokaždé něco jiného. Není tu stereotyp.

Ne všichni se snaží táhnout za jeden provaz. Někteří se odmítají přizpůsobit změnám a nectějí vystoupit ze svého zaběhlého stereotipu.

Ano, vystoupit z komfortní zóny a být otevřený změnám bývá pro řadu zaměstnanců těžké. O to více vítáme u manažerů, když svůj tým vedou k tomu, abychom všichni za jeden provaz táhli, a podaří se jim změny dobře odkomunikovat. Děkujeme za reakci a držíme palce v manažerské práci.
