- féroví kolegové a perfektní spolupráce - přátelský kolektiv - férový nadřízený, který vám vyjde vstříc - zaměstnanecké pivo
- 12h směny - nepravidelná pracovní doba - málo pozic pro mladé talenty a absolventy VŠ a relativně pomalý kariérní posun (Brno)

Oceňuji zejména neformální pracovní prostředí, možnost kariérního rozvoje a posunu, talentové programy a aktivity mimo běžnou práci - sportovní den, den dobrovolnictví a další. Jsou zde výborní kolegové, kteří zůstávají kamarády i mimo práci.
Každá lokalita je malinko jiná, takže se dá těžko mluvit za Heineken celkově, ale myslím, že všechny větší nespokojenosti se průběžně řeší.
