Mam moznost se rozvijet kazdy den, moje prace je variabilni, pestra a zajimava. Je tu vyborny kolektiv, ktery tahne za jeden provaz a to je asi to nejvic, co muze clovek chtit v praci. To ostatni, uz jde samo 😀
Na muj vkus prilis casta rotace talentu, jeste se nezaucili na pozici a uz se posouvaji jinam. Tim padem si nejsem jist jejich motivaci na sobe pracovat.

Příjemné prostředí, fajn kolektiv, benefity, mzda, férové jednání, jistota
nenapadá mě nic co by mě vyloženě trápilo, možná by to chtělo víc zlepšit komunikaci mezi jednotlivými odděleními, občas mi chování některých nepřipomíná WIN TOGETHER
