Stabilita velkého zaměstnavatele, prima firemní benefity, velké roční prémie, příspěvěk na stravování, sickdays, pružná pracovní doba, široká nabídka interních školení, možnost externích školení.
Externí školení je težké prosadit u HR odd., i ta související s výkonem zaměstnání.

Snaha o zlepšení prostředí pro zaměstnance. Kantyna s jídlem a hodně svacinaren s dotovanymi jídly.
Mnoho cizinců, takže špatná komunikace. Občas nadřízení neví nic o vaší práci. Nedodržení vyjednanych podmínek pro nástupu.

Zaučování na mou pozici, nebylo zrovna za ideálních podmínek. Spolupráce s jinými sektory byla díky tomuto poměrně nesnadná, ale líbilo se mi, že mě nadřízený umožňoval zúčastnit se jazykových kurzu a školení.....
Jednání s kolegy, jejich nadřízenými, nedostatečná informovanost ohledne produktů Jež jsem měla kontrolovat, nedokonalostmi poloautomatických systému a strojových kontrol. Neschopnost že strany kolegů nedodržoval pokyny a postupy pro práci
