Skoro ke všem pozicím je potřeba cizí jazyk. Komunikace s dodavateli, odběrateli, mezinárodní delegace, služební zahraniční cesty.

Stabilita velkého zaměstnavatele, prima firemní benefity, velké roční prémie, příspěvěk na stravování, sickdays, pružná pracovní doba, široká nabídka interních školení, možnost externích školení.
Externí školení je težké prosadit u HR odd., i ta související s výkonem zaměstnání.

Snaha o zlepšení prostředí pro zaměstnance. Kantyna s jídlem a hodně svacinaren s dotovanymi jídly.
Mnoho cizinců, takže špatná komunikace. Občas nadřízení neví nic o vaší práci. Nedodržení vyjednanych podmínek pro nástupu.
