Jsem tu již mnoho let a zůstávám tu pro stabilitu (nové a nové projekty), moderní technologie (je neustále se co učit), pravidelnou výplatu (vždy přijde včas a v pořádku), mohu práci kombinovat se soukromým životem, dá se tu mluvit o všem (ne vše se povede a ne vše je špatné) ... firmy z Německa mají prostě co nabídnout

nabízi to co jiný zamestnavatel nenabízi -platem a příspěvkama se zatím nevyrovnal jine firme v Praze která mě oslovila

Možnost poznávat nové věci a rozvíjet se ve svém oboru. Možnost seberealizace. Pocit jistoty a stability.
Komunikace směrem k týmům a jednotlivcům. Změna přístupu k vedení lidí. Větší důraz na rozvoj firemní kultury.

Vůbec nic. Je to špatně placená práce. Dřina a skoro zadarmo. Zaměstnávají poláky a slováky, těm ta myda stačí

Špičkový kolektiv pracovníků, přátelské prostředí. Důraz na kvalitu výrobku.
Snížit fluktuaci, zlepšit parkování zaměstnanců, zlepšit management.
