Vůbec nic. Je to špatně placená práce. Dřina a skoro zadarmo. Zaměstnávají poláky a slováky, těm ta myda stačí

Špičkový kolektiv pracovníků, přátelské prostředí. Důraz na kvalitu výrobku.
Snížit fluktuaci, zlepšit parkování zaměstnanců, zlepšit management.

Conti je velmi solidní zaměstnavatel který dost myslí na zaměstnance a zároveň jde napřed technologickým inovacím.
Rozhodně kantýnu bych komplet předelal a zvolil jinou firmu. Také bych se zaměřil na benefity pro zaměstnance.
