chybí komunikace mezi některými důležitými odděleními, přebírání zodpovědnosti

Protože Continental jako korporát to takto má nastavené - na vše musí být požadavek a nejlépe zadaný přes systém - bez toho to nelze.
Flexible working hours
Je zde pevna část pracovní doby 8:30 - 14:30, kterou by měl každý splnit a zbytek je možné si přizpůsobit dle sebe.
