I appreciate work flexibility and friendly environment. Pharma business is not the most flexible space to work, but the company is in innovative mode anyway.

Great colleagues, great internal benefits - cafeteria, meal vouchers, extra points for effort which you can spend online. Salary seems to be fair, good job progression, but mostly depends on your supervisor and your relationship with them.
Work/life balance could be better - lots of calls with people being now mostly online. Also lots of interactions with people in different timezones. Sometimes it's hard to manage, but depends a lot on your position.

Benefit package is amazing (Iphone with data and unlimited calls, multisport, inspire points, edenred points) Facility is great ( desks, changing rooms, enough space to rest, focus, pray/meditate) Lots of possibility to learn (e courses, via mentoring or coaching sessions)
Every corporate is a corporate, if you dont know what i mean, go work for 2-3 of them, then come and find me lol

I meet the most amazing, people here, they are always happy to help, friendly and collaborative. There is a lot of room for experimentation and you are allowed to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them. Benefits are very generous, and there are a lot of groups for socialising and networking. It's my best job ever.

- company's mission - talent - facilities - diversity and inclusion
- pay is not as market competitive as it used to be - promotions take long time and HR processes are over complicated
