I like the multicultural team, working across the teams and countries. The benefits of the company are very nice. I like that my boss is helping the women to have a chance to move up. The environment of the company is very pleasant and have met only nice people who are helping when needed.

Great work and life balance (hybrid working model), additional compensation through INSPIRE programme which can be obtained from leadership and colleagues if they are highly satisfied with your results, very respectful culture overall.

As we are in big corporate, the decisions from management are not always perceived as quick.

Opportunity to work during studies

The working hours are quite flexible, you need to get the job done, but it is not mandatory to sit in the office during the day. You can do the meetings online if necessary and finish your individual work when it suits you (e.g. in the evening).

- MSD gives us enough flexibility to balance work and personal life. - Many learning opportunities. - Nice appreciation program that enables us to "thank" our colleagues with money. - Diversity is welcome. We are encouraged to be ourselves. - It's a stable global company with a long history and a promising future. I feel safe here.

- Some policies are too strict, like (hopefully temporary) forbidden access to balconies.

Order and rules

It is a worldwide corporation, there are both, global and local rules and SOP's that must be followed to prevent loss or risks of the company. We have many pieces of training throughout the year to get to know and understand specific policies. On the other hand, we are given enough freedom to work within the given policies.

Mostly I like people in MSD, their openness and willingness to advise/help. There are a lot of career opportunities even for internal movement and great learning options provided.
