I like my team and manager. Our office is great place to work. I can easily combine my private life with work with flexibility we have. MSD is very nice employer with a lot of benefits and great people.

Pratelske prostredi firmy Nejste pouze cislo, ale mate ve firme sve jmeno V mem pripade mam uzasne vedeni/kolegy Bonusy/benefity/premie on top - jste vice nez adekvatne ohodnocen. Vzdy se da na vsem domluvit Velice moderni prostredi v centru Prahy Karierni rust neni problem

Firma nabizi sirokou skalu nadstandartnich benefitu, ktere nejsou jinde samozrejmosti. Od Edenred bodu po firemni produkty, nadstandartni volno, dobrovolnictvi atd.

Relaxed atmosphere, not much pressure, job security. 100% home office option for most employees (ever since COVID times). I also really appreciate that MSD frequently hires juniors, and gives them a real chance to learn.
Not very high concentration of talent. Low output not a problem. Too many contractors, often low quality. Too much bureaucracy. Despite claims to innovation, there's too much resistance to real change. Software delivery teams are not empowered. Most of the management is in the US, and operating in the usual mortgage-driven mode (avoid risks, safe decisions, don't change what's not broken).

Benefit package superior to the Czech market International environment and chance to work with teams from all over the world. Salary packages that are competitive.
Carrier progress can be difficult. Some projects may be less appealing than others. Internal political challenges can be difficult to track and comprehend, which may result in work "detachment."

I am very happy that I work for MSD because I enjoy international environment, exciting business trips, reliable colleagues, motivating manager and interesting work. The benefits are sufficient, especially the annual bonus, cafeteria system, extra holiday, home-office and sick days. I appreciate the possibility of free parking and the modern office near my home.

serious commitment to work-life balance; many extracurricular offers (different interest groups); many ways to get involved
management roles require a lot of global connection and oftentimes have global reporting lines - limiting face to face interaction with peers
