The work makes sense. We have global impact to the whole company. Our opinions are really heard.
It's US company. Sometimes the most important for us is happening outside of usual working hours. Also the distance from the US may be sometimes limiting during the collaboration.

It is a large enterprise which automatically comes with a fair share of corporate rules and processes. I knew what I signed for though. So no complaints :)
