- home office is a standard, not a benefit, encouraged especially if you have health or family issues or don't feel well - rich selection of benefits you can start using after trial period - multinational team full of various cultures, nationalities and backgrounds: this is a great value! - work-life balance is respected, you are not forced to work after hours - office buildings close to the Prague center - friendly atmosphere, good company culture that is respectful and inclusive - ergonomic chairs and tables, clean environment - English speaking environment (mainly) - well-being initiatives - yearly bonus - modern equipment to work with

- working across two other time zones can be challenging (one is 6 hours ahead, the other is 6 hours behind) and slowing down work or communication - administrative processes often undergo change and the guidance is not clear or announced in timely manner - ServiceNow tickets are difficult to follow up with - Microsoft Outlook - G-Suite would be more user friendly - you don't have your own desk in the office - you can sit anywhere but people usually take the same desk day after day so they don't need to bother with adjusting screens or cables. Clean desk policy is also in place. - two buildings across a busy intersection - callboxes are usually full at peak hours

Complex tasks

This is an IT company which requires some level of intellectual capacity in dealing with tasks - it's beneficial if you understand technology, are tech-savvy, quick to learn, curious, daring to try new ways, being friendly with computers and applications.

Varied work

IT is never monotoneous. You get to work on various projects, get involved with other teams, and with your career progression you will take on different approaches towards your work. Technologies are evolving fast and MSD is staying up to date.

salary is alright, office is in decent location, 4 weeks of work from abroad, fair benefits

salary could be better after high inflation, better long term career perspectives or more transparency how to move up

Great people around that treat you nice and fair, lots of internal opportunities/project inside the company, work life balance.

Sometimes it takes time to move/implement things but it's normal for big corporations.

Nice premises, multicultural teams, emphasis on diversity and inclusion, very nice company culture, decent benefits package.

Lengthy processes, sometimes not clearly defined accountability, thus difficulty to get things moving fast

Constant learning, opportunity for growth, diverse and friendly environment, mutual respect, challenging goals, nice offices, perspective pipeline.

HRBP could sometime give better support. Benefits starting to be little be outdated. Traveling & F2F networking with teams outside is at the moment still very limited.
