I'm re-joiner, I left for 2 years and now I'm back, the reason I came back are people I work with and the way how IT Services treats the employees. Salary and benefits are okay, comparable to other companies, but the people and way of collaboration makes the difference. Also the opportunity to learn is here, IT Services was my first job, over the years they gave me opportunity to learn and try different roles. And I like the multiculture environment, HR says we have 80+ nationalities within IT Services, while we have 6 only in our team. There is regular yearly merit and bonus, which is also not bad.

I would like opportunity to work from abroad, which is currently not possible.

+ Pomerne neformalni atmosfera + Multikulti prostredi + Stabilita firmy

- opravdu velka koncentrace neschopnych nemakacenek, na ktera drou ostatni slusni zamestnanci :( - pristup typu "delame to tak xxx let, tak proc to menit" - odmitani zodpovednosti, management to neresi - v IT centru resi dress kod... - nekteri manageri maji problem s homeofficem vic nez 1x tydne - spoluprace s malajsii a indii je katastrofalni, ale to je vsude stejny :D

Pružná pracovní doba a home office je k nezalacení! Práce je zajímavá, milí kolegové, mezinárodní prostředí, slušné benefity, vstřícnost nadřízených, fakt dobrá firemní kultura.

Velká fluktuace a recruitování lidí, kteří jsou neschopní.

Nadřízení v zahranici, takze má člověk víc času na práci a min se zdržuje tlacháním. Kolektiv v Praze je fajn.

Spolupráce s kolegy s Malajsie. Občas mám pocit že neví jak, nebo nechtějí.

Jazyky, multikulturni prostredi, moznost profesniho rustu, moznost cestovat, firemni benefity - nadstandartni zdravotni pece i pro deti, kultura, sporty, stravenky, homeoffice, volna pracovní doba, firemni auto, prispevky na benzin, vzdelavani, kolegove atd...

Velky kolos, nekdy tezke prosadit zmenu.

Férový přístup mého přímého nadřízeného, kvalitní HR tým, akce pro zaměstnance (hlavně ty pro rodiny s dětmi). Benefity, stravenky, flexipass a také 25 dní dovolené.

Někdy nesmyslné a protichůdné požadavky managementu, méně rigidnosti, aby se choval více jako technologická firma.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Mezinárodní firma, mnoho zákazníků a cast týmů podpory je v Asii (Kuala Lumpur).

Jobs for people with no work experience

Je možné začít na méně kvalifikované pozici (Service desk, helpdesk) a pak se posunout na nějakou vice kvalifikovanou pozici (aplikační podpora, projektová management junior apod.). Pokud mate zkušenosti jak věci fungujé v této firmě lze se úkoly aplikační podpory postupně naučit.
