Lidé na odbornějších pozicích byli zpravidla na svém místě a byli ochotni pomoci v případě, když jsem je kontaktoval přes IM.

Na pozicích zákaznické podpory zpravidla nejsou lidé, kteří by rozuměli IT či se o obor nějak zásadně zajímali (fanoušky her nepočítám). Z toho pak plynou problémy při poskytování podpory a navrhování změn pracovních postupů - člověk je konfrontován s neporozuměním či jsou jeho podněty některými lidmi dokonce vnímány jako útok na jejich odbornost. Přitom dochází k vytváření prostředí, kde panuje až jakási pověrčivost vůči tomu, jak funguje IT - je nutné dodržovat zavedený postup, ačkoliv nikdo netuší, proč je právě on funkční; případně dochází k vytváření naprosto absurdních vysvětlení opřených o nelogické konstrukce, jejichž platnost by jakýkoliv alespoň průměrný Windows admin dokázal spolehlivě vyvrátit. Jedná se o kulturu receptů a zavedených postupů, protože z definice typu práce není čas na nějaké hlubší analýzy či zásadní zvyšování odbornosti.

Velká forma se zázemím, moderními prostory a vybavením (laptop, softver atd.)

Malý ohled na potřeby zaměstnanců. Chybí balanc mezi prácí a soukromým životem.
