It is a pleasure to work at Graebel since everyone is extremely helpful and supportive. I feel being a part of a bigger family that celebrates your achievements and gives you a hand, if there are any difficulties. At Graebel, with all the office events, you not only work but have fun with your colleagues, for instance, during Halloween celebrations or Dragon boat races. Moreover, the benefits offered at Graebel are very attractive, especially the Health & Wellness benefit, working from home possibility and sliding holidays :) The office itself is also amazing and is situated in the very heart of Prague on the Wenceslas square with a great view.

It is a family-owned business, and it feels like a family in the company. The atmosphere of support and ready to help with any issue. HR department is small, but mighty :D You do not feel "left alone" with any question. There is always something new and interesting to do, so, you learn a lot in process.

There are several junior positions in a company. Students are joining as Associates, without much work experience.

Graebel and I have been collaborating for about a year. I'm happy to have the best boss, who is always willing to hear you out and comprehend your circumstance. When it comes to training a new employee, she never backs down. and everyone on staff, especially the office manager, is really friendly. the kindest person on earth. I concur that there is too much work to be done. Hard work is the key to success, as we were all taught in school. However, our HR division employs some of the top HRs. They are always prepared for any problem. respectful of everyone. a positive approach to everyone. The fact that they're all so helpful. I never imagined in my life that I would witness such beautiful HRs.

Everyone is amiable there is no micro-managing

A typical American corporation, they do their best to squeeze the juice out of you as much as they can. The fluctuation of people in this company is just unseen. About 60-70% of people in my department left or were fired within 1 year. There are dozen of people who are completely new, lost and have no support at all as the supervisors are constantly busy. Not sure how this company works like this!!!
