Datamole regularly takes in promising students. Unlike in some other places, they are not considered just ''cheap labor'' but legit team members who are mentored and can develop their potential. Most become fulltime employees when they finish school. Moreover, flexibility is an inherent part of the culture, making it possible to combine work and other duties/life.
In Datamole, everyone has time to self improve through study time (paid) and also there are cooperative small projects where people work on stuff they are interested in together. From these activities there are knowledge sharings, lightning talks and sometimes workshops (we for example learned to create an IOT device that measures CO2 content, temperature and humidity in the room (which we can now use at home). Also the way from learning something that seems useful to putting it to practice is very short. If someone comes with an idea to try something new, there is always will to give it a try on something real.
