I really like people at AEVI, I get along well with the majority of my co-workers and the same goes for the leadership. I feel that my work is valued and that I have a solid support.
Sometimes, the organization changes happen "out of the blue" and they're not always clearly readable. On the other hand, I know that the company is going through a large reorganization/change and that is never without "drastic" changes. I do trust our leadership that it'll all end up well.

In my 1 year in this company, I've never worked on the same things/issues for more than a week, really. All the time it keeps changing, expanding, and it's really exciting to be a part of that.
