I have been through bad times and through good times with this company. And I know whatever comes to be, there are people willing to push through the hard times and enjoy together the good times.

I really like people at AEVI, I get along well with the majority of my co-workers and the same goes for the leadership. I feel that my work is valued and that I have a solid support.

Sometimes, the organization changes happen "out of the blue" and they're not always clearly readable. On the other hand, I know that the company is going through a large reorganization/change and that is never without "drastic" changes. I do trust our leadership that it'll all end up well.
