The core of every company is its people. Aevi knows it, and behaves accordingly.
I have been through bad times and through good times with this company. And I know whatever comes to be, there are people willing to push through the hard times and enjoy together the good times.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Aevi have teams working in Czechia, Germany, UK and USA. English is the standard communicarion language (at least in the written form in internal systems).

I really like people at AEVI, I get along well with the majority of my co-workers and the same goes for the leadership. I feel that my work is valued and that I have a solid support.
Sometimes, the organization changes happen "out of the blue" and they're not always clearly readable. On the other hand, I know that the company is going through a large reorganization/change and that is never without "drastic" changes. I do trust our leadership that it'll all end up well.
Varied work
In my 1 year in this company, I've never worked on the same things/issues for more than a week, really. All the time it keeps changing, expanding, and it's really exciting to be a part of that.
