Mohu se rozvíjet a vše je mi jasně vysvětleno. Dostanu všechny potřebné materiály, které mi mají pomoci. Struktura firmy je jasná a cíle jsou srozumitelné. Velké plus, výplatu dostávám vždy a včas.
Platové podmínky, hlavně vedoucích pozic. Jejich úroveň je v porovnání s konkurencí výrazně nižší.

Není to stereotypní práce. Člověk se opravdu nenudi a najde tu spoustu zkušeností do života.

Úžasných kolegů a super atmosféry v práci
Někdy je ta práce dost rychlá, hlavně ve špičkách se nezastavíme.

Možnosti vypracovat se. KFC mi i ve velmi mladém věku umožnil získat manažerské zkušenosti. Super jsou i školení na centrále.

Nejvíc si cením osobního rozvoje. Díky KFC jsem se naučila spoustu věcí přes vedení lidí, základy pracovního práva a práci HR
Ocenila bych více benefitů pro lidi na restauraci např. více dnů dovolené za odpracované roky..
