Oceňuji například caféterii s rozšířeným počtem bodů, které lze využít podle vlastních preferencí, prostorné a dobře vybavené kanceláře, kde se pracuje velmi příjemně, a také firemní kavárnu a posilku.

Nejsem spokojen s přesunem celého jendoho oddělení do jiné země. Podle prezentovaných výsledků se firmě daří dobře, a proto mi není jasné, zda bylo nutné šetřit za každou cenu právě tímto způsobem. Takové rozhodnutí může navíc vyvolávat obavy i v jiných odděleních.

Příjemné a hezké kancelářské prostředí. Dobrý pocit z práce v mém týmu - příkladná spolupráce s nejbližšími kolegy.

Dlouhá doba bez úpravy platu většiny mého týmu a přehlížení tohoto faktu nejvyšším vedením. Trvání na určitém počtu dnů v kanceláři u pozic a v období, kde to nedává žádný smysl.
