Vedení společnosti se často měnilo. Ať už vysoký cheif management tak i ostatní vedení za následek to mělo časté rušení celých oddělení nebo týmů kdy konkrétně mně jeden tým zrušili, přešel jsem do nového a ten zrušili o rok na to

Volnost, skloubení práce s běžným životem, možnost zkoušet nové věci
Strašné benefity - skoro žádné, některé procesy jsou pomalé, omezení v některých věcech vzhledem ke gamblingu, myslím si, že je nějaký strop odkud už se není kam posouvat dál
