Líbí se mi styl práce a také, že FEG je mezinárodní firma. Mám rád spolupráci s kolegy z jiných zemí a baví mě pracovat s rozdíly v přístupu zemí.
V posledních dvou letech až moc změn v organizaci a fungování firmy.

Snaha se zlepsit, disciplina a zaroven sportovne ladena atmosfera v tymu
Stale nejasna structure group vs zeme. Malo objektivnich externich dat. Pamala reakce na okolni svet a nase nedostatky v porovnani s konkurenci.

Práca z domu, flexibilná pracovná doba, zaujímavá sféra, fajn kolektív
Jedná vec mi príde nelogická alebo sa zamýšľam nad tým ako je to nastavené v našej spoločnosti. Jedná sa o to, že ľudia ktorí nemajú taký background, históriu čo sa týka QA sféry a sú v spoločnosti kratšie obdobie ako ja napríklad, tak sú na vyššej úrovni seniority. Pôsobím vo firme od roku 2022, v marci 2026 to budú 4 roky, v QA sfére pracujem od roku 2018, mám certifikát ISTQB fundation level od toho istého roku plus špeciálny gambling industry tester ISTQB, ktorý možno nemá nikto u nás. Napriek tomu som stále junior. Niektorí kolegovia dokonca si daný ISTQB fundation level urobili len minulý rok a sú na úrovni medior. Taktiež nepôsobia tak dlho v danej oblasti. Príde mi to nespravodlivé. Možno na to má vplyv či je daný človek sympatický svojmu/svojím nadriadeným alebo neviem aké sú kritéria pre správny kariérny rast. Po 4 rokoch byť na úrovni junior keď iní kolegovia sú tu rok a už sú na pozícií medior mi príde zvláštné. Alebo niektorí boli priamo prijatí na pozíciu medior QA a nemali skúsenosť s danou sférou. Toto by určite mala spoločnosť zlepšiť. A chcelo by to viac školení alebo nejaký oficiálnejšie zaškoľovanie kolegov napríklad pri prechode z klasického QA engineera napríklad na automation QA engineera. Naplánovať nejaký reálny konkretný postup, odovzdávanie know how skills atď.
