We have a gym, barrister, and we get tickets from time to time for sports event.
Simple tasks are taking a long time to complete because we’re getting bogged down by departmental politics and personal egos. We need to find a way to cut through the complexity and just get things done.

Práci si řídím sám. Důležité jsou výsledky. Pokud člověk ví, je respektován. Většinou se mi dobře komunikuje a kolegové jsou ochotní.
Mínusy jsou spíše individuální. Chybí mi lepší zaškolení do interních procesů.
