IT techniku za modernější ( zrušení virtuálních desktopů, mají omezené možnosti práce s PC). Snížení počtu metodik a postupů. Zjednodušení schvalovacích procesů navrhovaných změn. Zjednodušení některých pracovních činností a odstranění duplicitních činností. Možnost externě rozvíjet měkké a tvrdé dovednosti.

výhody pro zaměstnance-benefity samozřejmě mzda
navíc 2-3 dny volna, které by se čerpali při nevolnosti , nachlazení atd... zrušení přidělování týmových úkolů

Umožnit home office, přidat benefit sick days, nezatěžovat zbytečnými teamovými pracemi, které stejně nemají žádný dopad ani výsledek a jen zdržují od skutečné práce
