dobrá práce, práce v kolektivu, finanční ohodnocení, zaměstnanecké benefity,

ne že bych byl nějaký zpátečník, ale nejvíce mi vadí neustále změny, něco se zavede nějakou dobu trvá než se to zaběhne a když to začne fungovat, tak to zase někdo změní a většinou to je k horší než to bylo,

Stabilita společnosti a jistota platu ( přijde včas)

Všude v ostatních firmách se zvedají platy rychleji než zde a je to vidět i na nových lidech, kteří nastupují ( když už někdo). Hlavně znalý svého oboru spíš odcházejí.
