V Orkle je velmi příjemná atmosféra, kolegové jsou milí, nápomocní a celkově je zde přátelské prostředí. Velkým benefitem je flexibilní pracovní doba a možnost home office, což umožňuje dobře skloubit pracovní a osobní život. Přestože jde o korporát, člověk má v mnoha záležitostech volnou ruku a možnost ovlivnit výsledek.
