Drtivá většina zaměstnanců má pružnou pracovni dobu, nemají spíše jen ty pozice, kde to není dle provozu možné (operátoři call centra, montéri, dispeceri apod.).

Firma oproti konkurenci lidem moc neplatí a moc po nich nechce. Velmi ráda najímá mladé lidi bez zkušeností, kteří se potom moc nerozvíjí , ale o to víc vyplňují nesmyslné tabulky a bombastické, ale prázdné prezentace pro své manažery, kteří tabulkami nahrazují nedostatečnou kompetenci v oboru. Firma má skvěle zvládnutý marketing, ale je to prázdná skořápka, cenu má pouze distribuce a to, že vlastní trasy stávajících distribučních sítí. Nedoporučoval bych mladým lidem s technickým vzděláním do té firmy nastoupit. Ve středním věku zjistí, že jim ujel vlak a už to nedoženou.
