rozvíjet kariéru i jiným směrem než je studovaný obor
kooperace mezi odděleními, stále je kupředu výroba a hledají se kompromisy, co pro ně udělat, aby to měli jednodušší, ale že to komplikuje ostatním oddělením život a není to vždy podle legislativy, to nevadí.

Zajištěná budoucnost, dynamika, možnost osobního rozvoje a uplatnění kariéry na celém světě, přístup k nejnovějším technologiím ve výrobě, skvělý systém vzdělávání přes Mondelez International Univerzity, zájem o zpětnou vazbu od zaměstnanců, benefity a sociální aktivity
Kvůli hektickému růstu není snadné skloubit osobní a pracovní život, je třeba více investovat do digitalizace

Mám feroveho šéfa, benefity v podobě auta a techniky, cafeterie což jinde nemají. Občas mi vadí laxní přístup některých KAM
Platové ohodnocení - uvítala bych možnost ,svou nadstandardní prací si vydělat víc .Například DU navíc oproti placeným=třeba 300,- měsíčně k výplatě.
