Snaha o hravou a přátelskou moderní firmu. Množství benefitů. Snaha vzít si něco z feedbacků (idkyž ne vždy - viz MDLZ fest - zlepšení rovná se 0, nebo max plus 1 a to jen díky počasí...). Jindy feedbacky fungují - třeba průzkum spokojenosti (všiml jsem si min. 3 akcí realizovaných dle doporučení...:-))
1) IT technika - strašně vše pomalé 2) propojení systémů - resp. totální restart řidících systémů hlavně IL6S - řídit postupně krok po kroku systémově, provázaně, využít lepší databáze a dát klidně kroku "1" pár let, a ne stresovat, že musí krok 4 do 5 let

Zavedených standardů. Snahy o neustále zlepšování se. Vysoké firemní kultury. (ale nejsem si jistý, zda to tak vnímají všichni).
Myslím si, že by mohl být v americké společnosti kladen větší důraz na anglický jazyk. Mám na mysli výukové jazykové kurzy (pokročilý +) pro „nekancelářské“ zaměstnance. Byl by to zajímavý benefit a sloužil by zároveň k rozvoji dovedností naších zaměstnanců. Vím, že je mezi našimi zaměstnanci spousta schopných lidi, kteří se právě kvůli „nedokonalé“ angličtině nehlásí do výběrových řízení na mnohdy zajímavé pozice.

Líbí se mi moznost zapojeni do soutezi i skoleni libi se mi i akce pro zamestnance i pro rodiny. Nelibi se mi že linky maji vse relativne brzy a my na expedici cekame uz pul roku na ovladac od vrat. Na stare hale maji super dlouhy vozik ktery praci urychluje ale na Hectoru musime jezdit daleko pro palety a neustale dokola jelikoz nemame rampu v zakladaci a musime to objizdet. Rampa ve skladu by mela byt pro expedici zakladni!!:) Hezky den

Platové hodnocení, některé pozice ve výrobě si zaslouží určitě lepší ohodnocení.

1. Skvele benefity (zlomy, mondelezfest, deputaty, flexipas, plesy, dobrocinne akce) 2. Moznost cestovat, zlepsovat cizi jazyk 3. Ziskavani zkusenosti a odbornych znalosti (oproti ostatnich potr. firem) 4. Moznost karierniho rustu
Rychlejsi reseni problemu, pokud clovek chce neco zmenit, dlouho to trva, i kdyz vi, ze by to slo rychleji a efektivneji.
