Ve společnosti je velmi přátelská atmosféra, která podporuje vzájemnou důvěru a spolupráci. Je také velká vstřícnost v případě rodinných záležitostí - nemocné děti apod. - možná práce z domova.

Oceňuji, že i přes velmi složité a byrokratické procesy firmy si jsme schopni vzájemně pomáhat a řešit problémy jednoduše a bez zbytečných procedůr a procesů. Oceňuji, že lidé jsou schopni se se mnou bavit férově a na rovinu a nehrají žádné politické hry.
S neustálým přetěžováním zaměstnanců projekty a double-hat/tripple-hat pozicemi bez adektávní finanční kompenzace. S nutnostní neustále eskalovat nezaplacené faktury kvůli interním Mondelez procesům (které v důsledku porušují servisní smlouvy s dodavateli) S nerespektováním zpětné vazby uživatelů s ohledem na centralizované služby a jejich kvalitu (MBS, IBS)

atmosféra je výborná kolektiv lidí je to, na co se do práce těšíte umíme se radovat z úspěchů a společně projít i těžší chvíle
rozhodování někdy trvá déle, než by bylo potřeba mohli bychom vyměnit služební vozy za jinou značku, ideálně lokální značku

Tady se hledá způsob, jak návrhy realizovat. Převažuje pozitivní přistup a férové jednání. Business unit funguje jako jeden tým.
Neustálý tlak na úspory a růst prodeje.

Inspirativní management team Výborní kolegové (lidsky i pracovně) Skvělé brandy jako Milka, Opavia, atd. Výborné benefity (5 týdnů dovolené, penzijní připojištění, atd.
Pouze komplexnější procesy, které v některých případech omezují flexibilitu

Dostatek autonomie, oboustranná důvěra, flexibilní pracovní doba, přátelské prostředí ve firmě.
