Ocenuji moznost sebevzdelavani a karierniho rustu - pokud si za tim jdete, tak se muzete dostat vysoko. Libi se mi moznost komunikace v AJ, libi se mi mezinarodni pracovni prostredi. V mem tymu je vztah s materskou spolecnosti nastaven prijatene (videla jsem negativni hodnoceni v tomto smyslu - asi zalezi team od teamu). Firma je spolehliva, stabilni a ma budoucnost.

Vice prime komunikace se zamestnanci - zjistovat si feedback na pravidelne bazi a brat si z nej namety na zlepseni. Vim, ze se zde ve firme deje hodne veci a procesu na zlepseni spokojenosti - ale nikdo o nich nevi. Pravidelne meetingy nebo aspon misto kam se daji vkladat feedbacky by opravdu hodne pomohlo. Zapojeni zamestnancu do vice projektu - napriklad hledani novych benefitu atd. Dat zamestnancum co nejdrive smlouvy na dobu neurcitou.

Basically everyone who can speak English is welcomed. No differences between men/women/age. Opportunity to get worldwide accepted certifications. Very good opportunity for young people to get 1-2 years of experiences and go.

I would change owner of company. System of benefits which is ridiculous. Communication between top management and employees is bad. Secure work space area is wrong - mobiles or any other electronic devices are not allowed. Any many more. I would NOT recommend OKIN to any of my friends.

jedná se o práci pro korporát, což má své výhody i nevýhody. jako v každém jiném korporátu je i zde spousta byrokracie a občas i nějaká ta zbytečná práce, na druhou stranu nebývá problém s proplacením přesčasů, případně s flexibilitou pracovní doby, je zde také možná karierni růz a rozmanitost pozic, takže když už člověk cítí, že mu pozice nevyhovuje, může přejít do jiného týmu a přeorientovat se, změnit svůj směr, ne vždy je to snadné, ale rozhodně si myslím, že to je snazší než v malé soukromé firmě.

I appreciate my team and team leader, it's easy to talk with management.

Get rid of SWS. it is annoying, nothing else. There is no real security except on paper. if me or anyone else wants to leak/steal sensitive information it is easy to do it. Give us opportunity to work from home. it is sad to spend whole day in office for what is actually 100% remote job.

Příležitost pro absolutně nezkušené lidi, kteří mají zájem učit se novým věcem, a využití cizích jazyků.

Přidal bych parkovací místa, zvýšil příspěvky na stravenky (menší doplatek pro zaměstnance), upravil pracovní dobu na efektivnějších 6.5h bez snížení mzdy.
