s kolektivem v kanceláři a pracovní dobou

Nejvíce mě mrzí rozdílný přístup mezi odděleními a minimum benefitů ( spíše žádné ) . Vedení ve své vytíženosti nemá moc čas na zaměstnance ( občas zdlouhavá i komunikace ) .

V Bidli panuje skvělá atmosféra. Kolegové jsou nápomocní, užijeme si spoustu legrace a přitom dodáme klientovi kvalitní servis a splníme jeho sen o bydlení.
